Assistant Guide Trainer

• Elewana Collection is recruiting for an assistant guide trainer for Tanzania.

Applicant requirements are as follows:

• A minimum of 8 years lodge based guiding experience
• Applicants who have held a similar position will be preferred
• Computer literate
• Flexibility to travel
• Fluent English

Job Function and responsibilities:

• Report to the Group Guide and Activities Manager
• Guide training and development
• Maintaining Elewana Standards
• Mentorship of guide apprentices
• Talent identification, development and mentoring
• Assist with annual appraisals

Prefered Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Energetic and a team player
• Accountability
